<p align="justify" class="bodytext">Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO) special court on Wednesday announced 20-year jail term for a 30-year-old man for raping and murdering a two and a half-year-old girl, in 2015.</p>.<p align="justify" class="bodytext">The convict has been identified as Saddam Husain. He raped and murdered the girl in a hut, on Mysuru-Bengaluru Road, on October 30, 2015.</p>.<p align="justify" class="bodytext">Special Public Prosecutor B C Shivarudraswamy argued the case.</p>
