Petrol bombs: Action sought against miscreants

Police should arrest the miscreants who had planned an attack using petrol bombs, said Bajarang Dal state co-convener Raghu Sakleshpur.

Addressing reporters here on Thursday, he said that miscreants had pelted stones at vehicles belonging to Datta devotees at Uppalli and Ramanahalli. Urging the police to take stern action against the miscreants, he said the miscreants were said to have arrived from Kerala. He also urged the police to investigate as to where were the petrol bombs kept. He said the authorities concerned must hand over the case to NIA. The protest will be intensified if the police fail to arrest miscreants, he said. It may be recalled that the police had seized petrol bombs from Tamil colony situated on Market road on the day of Datta Jayanthi.
