<p>The Russian-made aircraft crashed in San Patricio in Pampanga province around 8.50 pm on Wednesday, said Alfonso Cusi, director general of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), Xinhua reported.<br /><br />The aircraft took off from the Mactan/Cebu International Airport and was bound for Diosdado Macapagal International Airport when the incident occurred. The CAAP said the crewmembers included three Russian, two Uzbekistan and a Bulgarian national. Three of the crewmembers sustained injuries.<br /></p>
