Entitled DiGi7, the project will see every property in the city getting a seven-digit identification number that will be independent of ward and zone numbers. </p>.<p class="bodytext">This number will be linked with satellites through GEPTIS (GIS-Enabled Property Tax Information System) and help in locating properties based on geo-location. The number will be permanent and will not change if the property owner or type changes. </p>
