JOIN USMallika Kalavrinda, Kadri, will organise various religious and cultural programmes on the occasion of the annual fair of Kadri Sri Manjunatha Temple in Mangaluru from January 13 to 24.
Addressing reporters, Mallika Kala Vrinda working president Sudhakar Rao Pejavar said that around 3000 artists from 120 teams will take part in the programmes which will be held in the mornings and evenings. Budding and amateur artists will also take part alongside veteran artists. Also, achievers in the field of art will be felicitated on the occasion.
Pejavar said that the Mallika Kalavrinda conducts competitions of Dasa compositions, singing, Bhagavadgita recitation and elocution for children in various age groups. The competitions will be held on January 21 at 10 am at Kadri Temple premises.
