<p>BJP workers staged a flash protest against Nazarbad police for allegedly assaulting party workers on Sunday.</p>.<p class="bodytext">BJP workers said the police allegedly assaulted and arrested BJP city unit Yuva Morcha president Goklu Govardhan and others when the workers visited the station to lodge a complaint in connection with some illegal activities within the premises of a school in Ittigegoodu. However, the police claim that they did not assault the workers. MP Pratap Simha, leaders H V Rajeev and others visited the station.</p>
