DC transfer, audio clipping goes viral

An audio clipping related to the transfer of Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhuri, alleged to be that of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee vice president B Shivaram, has gone viral in the social media.

The audio clipping, which has been widely circulated, has created heated arguments and debates in the district. The four-minute audio of Shivaram says he was responsible for the DC's transfer, while speaking to Congress worker Kumar of Belur taluk.

It is said that Shivaram has confirmed that the audio message was spoken by him.
