<p>BJP MLA from Vijayanagara constituency Anand Singh is set to join the Congress party at a function at the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) office in Bengaluru on Wednesday.</p>.<p>Singh had submitted his resignation as legislator to Assembly Speaker K B Koliwad at the latter's residence at Ranebennur in Haveri district recently.</p>.<p>KPCC president G Parameshwara, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and other party leaders will be present at the function to be held at 10 am.</p>
