The rally is scheduled to start at 3 pm. Three helipads are being built for prime minister's helicopter. As many as 20 LED screens are being installed at the venue. A welcome arch is being built at all the entrances. A mini hospital is being established inside the Grounds. A team of doctors with eight nursing staff will be on duty. Parking areas are being set on either side of the seating area.</p>.<p>A separate team is formed to manage traffic inside the Grounds to help the police. As many as 250 urinals and 75 e-toilets are being be installed, the sources added. As many as 42 auto tippers and around seven compactors are being hired for clearance of garbage, the sources added.</p>.<p>Four cooking halls each spread across half acres are being built and 600 cooks will prepare food. As many 250 counters for distribution will be set up. Menu for the meet - Chow chow bath and one sweet.
