'IPL needs good governance'

“It (IPL) is a good competition which has been so popular. I hope the controversy is sorted out soon, the sooner the better. We need some strong regulation around to run the show. I am sure that BCCI will sort it out,” he said.

“There is a lot of stuff flying around. I hope the truth comes out and cricket is played in a clear manner. Transparency is needed,” he added.

On ICC’s quiet stance he said: “Perhaps because it’s sort of a domestic cricket in India they are quiet.”
