Prathiba Kulai to file a defamation case against Union minister, MPs

Prathiba Kulai, Women Congress state general secretary and corporator, said that she would file defamation case against Union Minister Ravishankar Prasad, BJP State President B S Yeddyurappa and MP Shobha Karandlaje for publishing her photograph and name in a chargesheet filed by BJP against the Congress.

Informing the same to reporters here on Wednesday, she said that her photo and name has been used in the BJP chargesheet in which she is nowhere related. Hence, she would file defamation case against the trio.

"How can the BJP leaders handle the nation when they can't even file a complaint neatly," she said and added that the voters should think twice before exercising their franchise.
