'No proposal for SC bench'

He has stated this in a letter to former minister P G R Sindhia who had requested the minister to establish a Supreme Court bench in Bangalore to help litigant public of southern states.  

Sindhia, releasing a copy of Moily’s letter to the media on Tuesday said he has again written to the minister to reconsider his decision in the light of recommendations of the Parliamentary Standing Committee for the establishment of a Supreme Court bench in Bangalore.
