During the two-hour programme, the audience will have an opportunity of watching 51 short pictures in their original versions with subtitles combining film art and social message of up to three minutes duration from all over the world.
The festival will also feature genres such as fiction, documentary, animated films released by amateurs and professionals from across the globe. The World's Shortest Film Festival is of competitive nature and participants will be given three prizes, including the prize of the public.Besides Serbia, the festival will be held in Great Britain, Morocco, Holland and Singapore. The manifestation will be staged simultaneously in more than 80 cities of 17 countries today.
