The institution has been directed not to compel students to purchase prospectus.<br /><br />Similarly, aided colleges should not collect any money except the fixed fee. They must not collect donation and any complaints would be dealt with strictly according to rules. Action would be recommended against institutions found guilty of collecting donation from students.<br /><br />Verma said while parents complain about colleges charging donation, they do not come forth to lodge complaints.
