<p>With three wins out of three matches, Ulsoor bagged the title for the first time with a 54-48 win over VNS Sports School, while Sports School retained the title they had won last year after scoring a 39-28 win against Beagles.<br /><br />Taking on VNS Sports School greenhorns Ulsoor did not look the threat they were considered to be until the dying seconds of the match. VNS took a 10-9 lead at the end of the first quarter and added 19 points in the second quarter to extend their lead to 29-14 at half-time. <br /><br />Ulsoor got a grip of things after the break when they managed to outscore VNS (13-7) to close the deficit.
