Philips to hire 200 R&D staff

With 1,400 employees currently, the campus is responsible for Philips’ innovation both  for India and for selective global programmes and projects.

Briefing reporters PIC Chief Executive Officer Wido Menhardt said: “we will enhance our focus on research and development in India and reduce reliance on campuses abroad gradually, as also create global products and technology from the Bangalore campus.”
