<p>The accused N Ranganath Aithal (45) of Vishwapriyanagar in Bommanahalli, was found carrying out lottery business illegally. The police raided Sukanya Agency located at SLN Complex, 4th Main, Chamarajpet and arrested him.<br /><br />He used to sell lottery numbers to people, with the help of two others Rajesh and Prakash of Rajajinagar. They used to give him charts containing lottery numbers once a week. They sold Arunachal Pradesh state lottery tickets and lure people by promising Rs 15 for Re 1. Rajesh and Prakash are at large.</p>
