Passport Seva Kendras draw crowds

Most people who were turned away from the Passport Office in Koramangala headed to Lalbagh as it was the nearest centre. As the rush became very heavy, the Passport Office arranged a bus to take 70-80 people from the Lalbagh centre to the Marathahalli centre which was running empty.

Passport Officer R Ravindra said they had processed about 400 applications on Friday. “Several people were upset because they could not submit their applications at the Passport Office. It will take a little time to settle down.” he said.
