New Congress secretary

Somashekar, who has been with the party for several years now is an active member. He has served as secretary to the Veerappa Moily during the latter’s election campaign to the Lok Sabha. He was also the party spokesperson from the district.

Former MLA M Shivanand, Mandikal Block Congress president Advocate Narayanswamy and Nandi Block Congress president Perekal Muniyappa have congratulated Somashekar on his elevation.
