First-time producer K A Suresh tells Metrolife that the entire team of the film bonded so well that talks are on for a sequel to the film. The film is  likely to have the same team. “Things are not yet confirmed but possibilities for the sequel is possible. I have been blessed and lucky to have worked with such a great team for my first film. It will be only great to work with them again,” he adds.

The tagline ‘hot, spicy and funny’, says a lot about the film itself. “These are the various elements of the film and is surely going to keep the audience engaged till the end,” he says. “Taking up a serious issue like unemployment, Dinesh has tried to show it in a humourous way. Today’s audiences don’t like to come and watch intense films, instead they come with an intention of getting entertained and that’s where we feel comedies like these will work,” he adds.

Interestingly, the film will soon be re-made into Telugu and will be directed by Dinesh Babu himself and produced under the banner of Suresh Arts itself. “Though the actors will be changed we have retained Suhasini for the Telugu version,” he adds.

The film revolves around Ananth Nag, whose character loses his job after being falsely implicated during a Lokayukta raid. His unemployment causes increased domestic disputes with his wife, who is the bread-winner and played by Suhasini. The situation turns worse when relatives use the situation to advance their own selfish interests. Will the circumstances force either of them to contemplate a second marriage?

“To find the answer, people will have to watch the film,” he says without giving out too much information.
