Rajappa stable

 Doctors performed a surgery on his throat on Friday and had planned to shift him to ward on Sunday. However, they decided to keep him in the ICU, said a Mallya Hospital staff. The duty doctor said, decision to shift him to ward would be taken only on Monday morning depending on his condition.

Meanwhile, Rajappa’s friends, relatives and colleagues continued to visit the hospital. “They have been visiting the hospital everyday. But, they are not allowed to see him.”

A close friend of Rajappa told Deccan Herald: “We have been friends for over a decade. He is very soft-spoken and a nice human being. He always kept himself cool even in tense situation. There has not been even one instance where he lost control or retaliated. It’s shocking for us. We can’t believe that he resorted to such an act right inside the High Court premises.”
