SSLC supplementary examination results out

Pass percentage is 38.94 for rural and 40.22 for urban students

A total of 2,21,202 candidates had appeared for the exams and pass percentage was 39.57. Of the 70,588 rural candidates, 38.94 per cent passed while the pass percentage among the 65,641 urban students was 40.22.

Among the 59,793 government school students, 37.37 per cent passed and of the 47,263 students from private aided schools, 41.09 per cent passed. Out of the 29,173 unaided school students, 42.10 per cent passed.  

Under the SC category, out of 34,077 students, 31.78 per cent passed; in the ST category out of 10,904 students, 32.56 percent passed.

Candidates from Chikodi district topped with 65.22 pass percentage. The results in other districts: Gadag-64.51; Bagalkot-63.80; Bijapur-58.96; Belgaum-51.30; Dharwad-48.89; Yadgiri-47.28;Kolar-47.05;Haveri-46.58;  Gulbarga-45.99; Koppal-43.97; Bangalore Rural-41.04; Udupi-40.53; Mandya-38.49; Karwar-38.25; Davangere-37.90; Bellary-37.56; Raichur-37.06; Bangalore North-35.80; Hassan-35.80; Ramnagar-35.20; Chitradurga-35.15; Shimoga-34.98; Sirsi-34.82; Mangalore-34.70; Tumkur-34.34; Kodagu-33.85; Banaglore South-32.07; Madhugiri-31.25; Mysore-30.68; Chikkaballapur-30.63; Chickamagalur-29.81; Bidar-28.58 and Chamarajanagar - 25.22 percent.

The Examination Board has made arrangements to announce the results in all high schools and junior colleges on July 14 at 4 pm. 

The results will however be posted in the websites at 8 am in www.kseeb.kar.nic.in, www.kar.nic.in, www.sslc.kar.nic.in, www.schools9.com, www.karresults.kar.nic.in, www.exametc.com and www.rediff.com
