According to a press release, the seasonal change that happens during ‘Karkataka (Aashada) Masa,’ a period from mid July to mid August affects human body. To improve immunity levels and to prevent diseases, Karkataka Ganji is recommended which is prepared with a special rice grown in Kerela region known as ‘Nyavara’ along with decoction prepared out of various medicinal plants and herbs.
