Assembly ruckus: Begli blames Opposition

Vice-president of the unit, Begli Siraj, in a press release has said that the BJP government in the State has endeared itself to people through its several pro-people programmes.

The Opposition parties, unable to digest the popularity of the government, “created” illegal mining scam and staged dharna. The parties which never raised voice for development of the State, held the Assembly for ransom by staging dharna over mining scam.

Alleging that welfare of farmers, backward classes and minorities has been hindered due to the conduct of the Opposition parties, he has sought action against Congress leaders for “misusing” the funds raised for flood victims of North Karnataka.
