Balaji eases past Aryan for U-14 crown

Aryan, however, made up for the under-14 loss by taking home the under-12 title. Aryan breezed past unseeded Abhimanyu Reddy of Andhra Pradesh 6-1, 6-0.In the girls’ under-14 final, top seed Preeti Bhandurge of Maharashtra posted a 6-3, 6-4 win over Karnataka’s Shloka Kumar to emerge champion.

Shloka had something to smile about when she paired up with Maharashtra’s Ria Vardhan to ease past Preeti and Aboli Goghari 5-3, 4-1 for the under-14 doubles title.
