'Jogaiah' heroine finalised

Happy with his decision, Prem tells Metrolife, “A friend of Sumit came to us with her pictures and referred her. When we got in touch with her, we got to know that she has been very active in theatre and even done a role in a Girish Karnad play. That was only a plus point for us.”

It was when he called her for an audition, he felt that she was the perfect match for the role. “She has a glamourous and a traditional appeal, which will suit the role very well,” he says. “I agree we took a long time to find the heroine as we didn’t want any compromises, after all it is Shivarajkumar’s 100th film. From now on, there will be no delay.”  Sumit will soon be coming to the City where Prem has organised a special photo shoot for the film.
“We have decided to do a very glamourous and a stylish photo shoot. And soon after, we will start shooting for the film,” he signs off.
