Obese orangutan on a diet!

The chunky ape piled on pounds eating sweets, jelly and marshmallows for 13 years as a pet in South Africa. Now she weighs 100 kgs and is on the diet at rescue centre Monkey World, in Wareham, Dorset, 'The Sun' reported.

"It will take a few months for Oshine to reach a more appropriate weight," the British tabloid quoted the centre's director Dr Alison Cronin as saying. At the moment she's punching above her weight.
