'Gandhi's outstanding leadership' released

The release was organised by Catholic Association of South Kanara (CASK) in association with Rachana (Catholic Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and Sarvodaya International Trust.

“Alan has put Gandhi’s virtues on center stage with his book. Truth and non violence preached by Gandhi are the only tools that can save our country,” opined Senior Advocate Chevalier Clarence Pais releasing the book.

“The book is timely and timeless. Many voices speak in this book indicating what a symbol Gandhi was to people across the world. This book segregates principles of Gandhi taking his qualities and skills hence shocking the world on the phenomenon called Gandhi,” said Trustee of M V Shetty Memorial Trust Dr Urmila Shetty reviewing this book. Mr Nazreth is the recipient of the prestigious ‘U Thant Peace Award’ for his life time dedication and world service in promoting Gandhian ideals. The book has received accolades from US President Barack Obama, Former President A P J Abdul Kalam, former Prime Minister I K Gujral, Film Maker Shyam Benagal and others. CASK President Justice Michael Saldanha, St Aloysius Rector Rev Fr Joseph Rodrigues, Mahatma Gandhi Peace Foundation Secretary Dr N Ismail, St Aloysius High School Headmaster Fr Melwin Pinto were the other guests present.
