Prior this, Sanghai worked for Goldman Sachs as the Managing Director, Co-Head, Investment Banking, India, HSBC said in a statement here. HSBC CEO India Stuart Davis said, "Sunil's appointment is an example of our continued focus on our Global Banking business in India.
