Special court judge B M Mallikarjunaiah announced that advocate A Rajagopal was appointed as interpreter and adjourned the case to September 30.
The petition filed by Jayalalithaa challenging the trial court order which rejected her plea for fresh translation of documents from Tamil to English in the case is still pending before the high court.
