JOIN USNew Delhi has been ranked among the world's top 25 'Ultimate Fun City' for travelling, according to a survey.
The national capital stood 25th out of 1,830 cities which were considered for the 'Ultimate Fun City' rankings, as per a survey commissioned by GetYourGuide and GoEuro.
The cities were judged on parameters such as public drinking allowed, average beer price, bars, clubs, shopping, sports clubs and concerts.
New Delhi scored well across the board, earning it a spot in the top 25 list. On a more unorthodox section, Bangkok came out tops for adult entertainment, followed closely by Tokyo.
GetYourGuide and GoEuro compiled data was based on 11 factors to define what exactly makes a city fun for travellers of different age groups and interests. Of the total 1,830 cities, Berlin, London and Paris bagged the top three positions.
New York, Tokyo, Hamburg, Rome, Vienna, Barcelona and Istanbul are the other cities to feature among the top 10.
