Train timings rescheduled

Arrival and departure timings of several trains crossing via Mangaluru and Mangaluru Junction will change from June 10 and the timings will be in force till October 31 (monsoon timing), according to a press release.

Accordingly, the departure time of Mangaluru Central-Mumbai LTT Matsyagandha Express (12620) has been rescheduled to leave at 12.50 pm, instead of 2.35 pm.

Similarly, the departure time of Ernakulam-Nizamuddin Mangala Lakshadweep Express Train (12617) will be advanced to 7.30 pm at Mangaluru Junction, instead of 9.35 pm.

Mangaluru Central-Madgaon Passenger (56640) will depart at 6.05 am, instead of 5.50 am, from Mangaluru Central, while Mangaluru Junction-Mumbai CST Express (12134) will leave Mangaluru Junction at 4.45 pm, instead of 1.55 pm.

Ernakulam Junction-Mumbai LTT AC Duranto bi-weekly Express (12224) too will have a delayed departure from Mangaluru Junction at 6.50 am, instead of 4.10 am.

However, there will be no change for monsoon for other trains leaving Mangaluru Central and Mangaluru Junction on the Konkan rail line.
On the other hand, there would be a delay of one to two-and-a-half hours in the arrival time of all trains running on the Konkan line, at Mangaluru Central and Mangaluru Junction, except the following trains.

Madgoan- Ernakulam Junction Weekly Superfast Express (10215/Mondays); Pune- Ernakulam Junction Weekly Express (via Londa, Miraj and Madgaon-11097/ Sundays); Pune-Ernakulam Junction Bi-Weekly (via Roha and Panvel-22149/Fridays and Tuesdays); Hazart Nizamuddin-Thiruvananthapuram Weekly Express (22656/ Sundays); Madgaon-Mangaluru Central DEMU Passenger (70105/ except Sundays); and Karwar-Mangaluru-KSR Bengaluru Express.
