<p>Nanny Ferial Zaltash claims in papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday that she was hired by the 'Toxic' hitmaker in September 2007 to look after Spears' sons Sean Preston, now five, and Jayden James, now four.<br /><br />"In September 2007, Spears hired Plaintiff as an employee to serve as her personal assistant and nanny to her children, but never paid Plaintiff for her services. Plaintiff worked through September 30, 2007 and then resigned on October 1, 2007," the lawsuit stated.<br />The four-page court document alleges the 28-year-old has refused to pay the amount for the woman's one month of service, reported TMZ online.<br /><br />Zaltash is also asking for USD 20,000 in penalties for unpaid wages and overtime work.<br />The claims come months after the singer's former bodyguard claimed she tried to seduce him by parading around naked and touching herself, in a sexual harassment lawsuit.<br />Fernando Flores, 29, described his alleged encounters with Britney and said she made his life hell by continuing to try and bed him.<br /><br />The former employee of the 'Circus' singer said he was warned of her behaviour on the first day of the job and soon after was called by the mother-of-two to meet in her bedroom.<br />The singer's conservatorship was upheld by a judge this week, with father Jamie retaining control of her finances.<br /><br />No changes were made to the agreement with her father Jamie retaining control with attorneys over his daughter's personal and financial affairs.<br />No changes were being made to the 28-year-old singer's conservatorship, which was established in February 2008 after Spears was involved in several high-profile incidents of erratic behaviour.</p>
