Rescuers had extricated the bodies of Ghulam Qadir Wani and Abdul Ahad Wani, Coordinator of the Kashmir Disaster Management Cell Aamir Ali said.
Efforts were on to locate another body, he said.
Three people were buried alive when an avalanche hit Thimran village, 40-km from Anantnag district, Wednesday.
