Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari on December 12 inaugurated an event of prototype cards and bikes at the Society of India Automobile Manufacturers in New Delhi and said, “conversion of knowledge into wealth is the future.”
Addressing different stakeholders at the event, Nitin Gadkari said, “Innovation, entrepreneurship, science and technology, research skill and successful practices, we name it knowledge, and conversion of knowledge into wealth is the future. The other important philosophy is the conversion of wealth into wealth. No person is a waste. It depends upon the appropriate technology. It depends upon the vision of the leadership that you can convert waste into wealth, The automobile industry has created up to four crore jobs. This is the highest. This is the industry which is giving maximum GST to the state government and central government,” Nitin Gadkari said.
“The whole world is marching towards carbon neutrality. As far as the Indian scenario is concerned, we are using the maximum fossil fuel in the world. It is a big challenge,” he added.
