Darda has been a member of the bureau’s council of management since 2003 and was deputy chairman of the bureau for 2009-10. He is a recipient of several awards, including the Feroze Gandhi Memorial Award. Sam Balsara, chairman and managing director of Madison Communications Pvt Ltd, an advertising agency member on the council was unanimously elected deputy chairman of the Bureau for 2010-2011.
