<p class="rtejustify">Congress Social Media Cell head Ramya Divya Spandana on Thursday kicked up yet another row with a tweet about Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Statue of Unity.</p>.<p class="rtejustify">She posted a picture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi standing at the feet of the Patel monument with the caption "Is that bird dropping?"</p>.<p class="rtejustify">This has led to a huge backlash on social media.</p>.<blockquote class="twitter-tweet rtejustify" data-lang="en">— Divya Spandana/Ramya (@divyaspandana) <a href="https://twitter.com/divyaspandana/status/1057842482975817728?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">November 1, 2018</a></blockquote>.<p class="rtejustify">Many on Twitter felt that Ramya's tweet was new low in political discourse in the country.</p>.<p class="rtejustify">Reacting to this, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra attacked Congress president Rahul Gandhi saying the values of the Congress are dropping."</p>.<p class="rtejustify">A normal Indian appears to be "bird's dropping" to them, while a dynasty (the Gandhi family) is the power centre for them, Patra said.</p>.<p class="rtejustify">"This is the real culture" of the Congress party. They miss no opportunity to abuse the prime minister of India, Patra said.</p>.<p class="rtejustify">"It is the same party which called the prime minister 'neech'. Shashi Tharoor called him a scorpion and now Divya Spandana says that he is bird's dropping," Patra said.</p>.<p class="rtejustify">Despite criticism from the ruling party and on Twitter, Spandana remained defiant.</p>.<p class="rtejustify">"When you’re done huffing & puffing take a breath & hold a mirror to yourselves. My views are mine. I don't give two hoots about yours.
