Union Home Minister Amit Shah unveiled the foundation plaque at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) campus in Jammu on October 24 of Phase 1A, 1B and 1C. Shah will also meet MPs, MLAs and senior BJP leaders later today. He is on a 3-day visit to Jammu & Kashmir.
