Bakery gutted in fire

Police said unidentified miscreants poured petrol on the bakery and set it on fire on Wednesday night. The fire has gutted a showcase, fridge and bakery items. The bakery belonged to Naveen. In his complaint, Naveen suspects the handiwork of Puneeth, a youth belonging to the same village. Naveen owed some money to Puneeth.

A few days back, Puneeth had a verbal duel with Naveen and threatened him with dire consequences if the former did not return the money at the earliest. Police suspect Puneeth along with his friends had set the bakery on fire.
Police have registered a case and are investigating.
