BangaloreOne centres to take applications

Revaluation process likely to be completed in about two weeks: Hedge

The forms can be obtained from all the colleges that offer PU courses. However, the applications can only be made at the 52 Bangalore One centres in the City and the 800 odd Nemmadi tele-centres that are present across the State. Similar facilities are also available at Hubli and Dharwad. More information on the procedure can be got from the respective colleges. The last date for applying for photocopies is May 16 and the prescribed fee is Rs 300 per subject. Likewise, the last date for application for both revaluation and re-totalling is May 20. While the prescribed fee for revaluation is Rs 750 per paper, the fee for re-totalling is Rs 200 per subject.

The Commissioner of the Pre-University Department, S G Hegde said “The entire process of revaluation and re-totalling is expected to be completed in about two weeks time.”

However, he added that it might take longer if the number of applications are more.

Students can also apply directly by obtaining demand drafts for the prescribed fee addressed to the Commissioner, Pre-University Department, and send it via speedpost or courier to Deputy Director (Examinations), Pre-University Department, Bangalore.

The department has warned that applications received after the last dates will not be entertained. It has also announced that the supplementary exams will be held from June 25 to July 4. The last date for the application of supplementary exams is May 20 and the applications can be made at the respective colleges.
