<p>Bengaluru: Air India Express has launched its daily direct flight between Bengaluru and Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair), effective from December 1.</p>.<p>The inaugural flight took off from the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) in Bengaluru at 10:50 am. </p>.<p>Air India Express covers 51 destinations, including the recent addition of Bangkok, along with Dimapur and Patna.</p>.<p>From Bengaluru, the airline operates 374 weekly flights, connecting directly to 25 domestic destinations — Ayodhya, Bagdogra, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Gwalior, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Ranchi, Sri Vijaya Puram, Surat, Thiruvananthapuram, Varanasi, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam, and two international destinations — Abu Dhabi and Dammam. </p>
