<p>A complaint was filed against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Bengaluru Development Minister K J George with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Anti Corruption Bureau alleging financial irregularities in setting up of waste processing units in city.</p>.<p>BJP leader and former corporator N R Ramesh, who filed the complaint, told reporters on Tuesday that six waste processing units were set up by Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) at a cost of Rs 400 crore in 2015.</p>.<p> Of the total 12 plants, six have stopped working, including those at Mavallipura, Chikkanagamangala, Subbarayanapalya, Seegehalli, Doddabidarakallu and Lingadhiranahalli. </p>.<p>Ramesh accused the chief minister and Geroge of taking kickbacks in awarding contracts to set up these units.</p>
