<p>Bengaluru: Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) and the Embassy Group have signed a definitive agreement for the construction of the Kadubeesanahalli metro station in Phase 2A. </p>.<p>Vikas Telecom Private Limited, which is part of Embassy REIT, will contribute Rs 100 crore for the station construction, and paid Rs 25 crore on February 28. </p>.<p>The BMRCL will be offering the naming rights of the Kadubeesanahalli metro station along with advertisements, commercial space, and direct connectivity for 30 years from the start of commercial operations.</p>.Bengaluru East station to be temporarily shut from March 13.<p>The station will be named Embassy TechVillage Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station. </p>.<p>The Kadubeesanahalli station is part of the Silk Board Junction-KR Pura line, which will further link to the Kempegowda International Airport via Hebbal. </p>.<p>Phase 2A is scheduled to open in June 2026. </p>.<p>BMRCL Managing Director M Maheshwar Rao said: "We are extremely happy that Embassy REIT has come forward with their support for sustainable urban development and urban transport.
