Meera married Asari Kanbi, a software engineer, six years ago. The couple had no children. Depressed Meera took the extreme step. In the suicide note, she said her husband was a good person and was not responsible for her death.
13 held for gambling
The High Grounds police arrested 13 persons for indulging in gambling and recovered Rs 1.15 lakh from them on Saturday night. The police raided Balaji Creations Association (BCA) and Shakti Creations Associations (SCA) and arrested the suspects.
