<p>Bengaluru: Two brothers who ran a restaurant in the city died after crashing their bike into an electric pole in the early hours of Thursday.</p>.<p>They were among at least four people killed in fatal road accidents in the city since Wednesday evening.</p>.<p>Shakeel Bashir (23) and Aslam Bashir (22), residents of Neelasandra and owners of a hotel in Ashok Nagar, were reportedly riding towards their restaurant around 4.45 am when they crashed into a pole near Anepalya Junction.</p>.<p>According to the Ashok Nagar traffic police, neither of them was wearing a helmet. Both were declared dead on the way to the hospital.</p>.<p><strong>Security guard killed</strong></p>.<p>Around 5 pm on Wednesday, a security guard from Assam riding a bike was killed in a head-on collision with a cab on the Mylanahalli-Hunachur Road in the northern part of the city.</p>.<p>Raktim Saikiya (23) and his pillion rider, Bisla Boiraj were injured in the crash, which occurred near a school in Kadayarapanahalli. However, Saikiya succumbed to his injuries while being taken to a private hospital in Devanahalli.</p>.<p><strong>TN welder dies </strong></p>.<p>A 33-year-old welder, Vimal Kumar, died after crashing on the road in Shivarama Karanth Layout around 12.30 am on Thursday.</p>.<p>Kumar, who hailed from Tamil Nadu and lived in Lakshmipuram, Indiranagar, was returning home when he lost control of his bike on a newly constructed road in the layout, according to the Jalahalli traffic police.</p>
