HC stay on summons to Mylarappa

The summons was issued by the trial court to Mylarappa, following a private complaint against him. The complainant Muniswamy had alleged that Mylarappa has threatened him over a property deal.

But Mylarappa submitted that he had paid Rs.5 lakh as an advance to buy the property and pointed out that there was a delay in filing complaint by the complainant. Mylarappa was asked to appear on Saturday.
