These auditions will provide professional dancers and dance enthusiasts an opportunity to pursue sustainable careers in the movement arts. Training by international faculty and Indian masters will be imparted to explore personal growth through choreography
opportunities.

Attakkalari’s Diploma in Movement Arts and Mixed Media is the only full time,
professional training programme in contemporary dance and allied disciplines in the country.

The course lays emphasis on body conditioning, injury prevention and technique classes. Modules include Indian physical and performance traditions, Ballet, Contemporary Technique, Jazz, Pilates, Contact Improvisation, choreography and Light Design.

Actors, athletes, martial artists, classical, free-style or cinematic dancers interested in unique, holistic opportunities in the field of dance –– be it performance, training or teaching are encouraged to apply.
