<p>Bengaluru: A 40-year-old man died after a BMTC bus ran him over near Kalyan Nagar, East Bengaluru, on Sunday, the police said. </p>.<p>The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Zamsheer, a resident of Hoodi near Whitefield. He ran a garage in the same area, the police added. </p>.<p>Investigations revealed that Zamsheer was driving his wife and their two children to his in-laws' house in DJ Halli on his two-wheeler. </p>.<p>A speeding BMTC bus reportedly struck his scooter, causing all four to fall. The rear wheel of the bus then ran Zamsheer over, causing his death, while his wife suffered a fracture in the right leg. Both children escaped unharmed.
