"BNP received one male and two female Thamin deer, also known as Manipur Brow Antler, from Delhi zoo in March this year," Executive Director of Bannerghatta National Park (BNP) Taggore Milo said in a statement.

"The birth of the female Thamin Deer four days ago is an example of the successful breeding of Thamin Deer", he said. The park has been in the news over the deaths of five wild cats last one month due to bacterial infection.
