Processed millet products, ready-to-eat snacks, and millet-based powders were a major highlight.</p>.<p>Agricultural universities, research institutes, and agri-science students actively engaged with attendees, while agri-tech companies and entrepreneurs utilised the platform to connect with farmers and Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) to expand their networks.</p>.<p><strong>Focus on agri-tech</strong></p>.<p>Satyukt Analytics Pvt Ltd, a Bengaluru-based agri-tech company, showcased its customised remote-sensing solutions for farmers. These include soil health analysis, crop monitoring, and a 15-day weather forecast to help plan farming activities efficiently.</p>.<p>“We work with farmers not only in India, but also in Indonesia, Zambia, and Kenya,” said Aymen, a company representative.</p>.<p>BK Devarao, an 80-year-old award-winning organic farmer from Dakshina Kannada, attracted significant attention by displaying hundreds of grain varieties grown on his farm in Belthangady.</p>.<p><strong>Visitor feedback</strong></p>.<p>Sowmya Girish Gowda, a Rajajinagar resident attending the fair with her husband, observed fewer stalls compared to the previous year.</p>.<p>“Last year, there were more organic products to buy.
